Returns Policy

Realism Redefined will accommodate returns that comply with the 2013 Consumer Contracts Act (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/contents/made

We may refuse to accept a return if one or all of the following conditions are not met

• The packaging is damaged/or lost and you return the item packaged poorly and damage is caused.

• If the item is misused or tampered with causing damage (ie incorrect maintenance or modification)

• Damage caused by breaking the terms of the manufacturer's guarantees

• Any damage caused by accidental damage (dropping or other similar examples).

On all returns the card the order was issued from will be credited, all other info relating to returns will be discussed at the time of your return (should you need to make one).

On all orders, we are obliged to offer a 14-day refund policy but this is only on goods that have not been unboxed and the customer will be expected to pay postage and use tracked and insured to mitigate any threat of damage, the damage would result in a refund being null and void.
